I recently had the pleasure of working with Ricky from GiG. and I must say, the experience was top-notch. From start to finish, he exhibited professionalism, vast knowledge, and thorough attention to detail. The quality of his work truly speaks for itself – he did a fantastic job. I used GIG to snake a drain (clogged toilet) and also to install/replace a garbage disposal. Ricky took care of business and knocked it all out with professional care and thoroughness. He also fixed another small leak under the sink and we talked about a few other future jobs. Very honest and fair on pricing. Great experience and I will be using GIG in the future. You should too.

Ricky will now be our new go to plumber. We contacted him on a Saturday morning because we had a blockage in our sewage pipes that was causing some leakage in our basement. It was an emergency situation that he was a life saver for helping with. He was at our home within 35 mins. He came assessed the situation first, walked me through the issue before starting. He had to snake the drain. He then noted some other issues and provided additional information along with a referral to help. He also assessed where the leak was coming from and fixed that as well. I called GIG and they were able to come out on a Sunday to work on my garbage disposal. The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Rather than giving up after fifteen minutes and telling me my disposal was broken, he actually worked on the problem until it was solved, saving me the cost of a new disposal. I highly recommend this company. They are true professionals.

Ricky was incredibly responsive and communicative. Even though the job wasn’t urgent, Ricky was at my door within 24 hours. He explained the solution clearly and charged a very reasonable price. Another plumber wanted me to do the same task in a much more complicated and expensive way. I’ll be calling Ricky again soon for other plumbing tasks and I’ll be recommending him to my friends. He’s honest and friendly too.

This is my 2nd time using GIG Plumbers for work at my home. I had a bathroom leak and I could not find any leaks or anything else. Call Ricky, to find the leak and get it fixed. He did. Our bathroom was recently renovated about 2 years. It was a very slow leak for years. It caused damaged to the floors, walls and ceiling below. Ricky got it do. I will use GIG Plumbers for all my future needs. Something always happens. Thanks again Ricky for a job well done.

I was referred to Ricky by my brother in law when I asked for a good plumber. I called him the next morning and he was at my house within a few hours. I had multiple issues with leaks in my home he fixed ALL of them within hours. When he couldn’t remove a piece because of a stripped screw he let me know. I purchased a set to remove the screw and called him back and received the same reliable service as before.

Needless to say, I’ll recommend him to anyone who ask me for plumber recommendations. He’s awesome!
